The roots of innovation
Ranjit and Georg first thought of the idea for FOUND back in 2022 after a particularly frustrating meeting with a company struggling to hire but refusing to rethink its archaic 12-step process; a scenario they’d heard too often in too many boardrooms.
In their postmortem meeting in the uber afterwards they discussed why in a world where it was the norm to call for a taxi on their watch and have it arrive in seconds, was recruitment stuck in a bygone era.
That conversation sparked their big idea. Why not bring the digital customer revolution to hiring? It was then that FOUND was born.
